Tactile Robotics is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead of Sales and Marketing to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the sales and marketing team, oversee sales strategies and marketing campaigns, and build relationships with universities and businesses. Roles and responsibilities include:
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Manage sales associates and marketing staff, providing guidance and support
  • Build and maintain relationships with key university and business contacts
  • Deliver engaging presentations and phone calls to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure effective communication and product development
  • Manage multiple products simultaneously
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales and marketing decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales and marketing (minimum of 5 years)
  • Excellent presentation and phone call skills
  • Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to handle multiple products and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
