About the Role This is a full-time, on-site Junior Property Manager position based in Montreal, QC. You will support the daily operations of assigned properties, including: Responding to tenant questions and supporting tenant relations Managing maintenance requests and coordinating contractors Rent follow-ups and ensuring lease compliance Conducting inspections and reporting building conditions Marketing vacant units and handling rental inquiries Preparing leases, renewals, and maintaining tenant files Creating clear updates and reports for property owners You’ll need to be professional, organized, and customer-focused to maintain smooth operations and positive relationships with tenants and owners.
