This position will oversee the maintenance of many buildings that are over 40 years old and are in a refurbishing process, while also giving input and leadership to future building and development of our property and facilities as we grow. The compensation package includes a combination of salary, housing (or housing allowance), internet, a camp‑provided cell phone with unlimited data/calling, and food during most events at camp (most meals in May–August and when groups are present). It also includes a benefits package and, after one year, contributions to a pension plan (5% of salary) with three weeks of vacation. Final compensation will be calculated based on total experience, ability and certifications. This salary position is primarily about 35 hours per week in slower seasons, but compensation assumes that prime seasons will require more hours as needed.
