**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Condominium Manager
- Strong knowledge of the Condominium Act
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge in MS Word, Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively, negotiate, and supervise maintenance staff
- Familiar with financial statements and budget preparation
- Understanding of all applicable Federal, Provincial & Municipal Acts & Codes,
