The role carries full P&L ownership and oversees sales, operations, supply chain, procurement, and finance. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in fasteners or industrial distribution, thrives in post‑acquisition environments, and excels at driving growth, improving operations, and developing high‑performing teams. Bilingual fluency in French and English is required.\Responsibilities Business & Strategy Lead all day‑to‑day operations and set long‑term strategic direction for the Quebec region. Drive operational improvements, margin expansion, and customer value. Identify integration and synergy opportunities across the broader organization. Grow revenue by strengthening customer relationships and expanding key accounts in construction and industrial markets. Support the sales team with product expertise and ensure exceptional customer service. Oversee warehouse, inventory, coatings/customization, and logistics to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
