What You Will Do Support planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of the Firm’s QPR program. Review and validate internal monitoring data for completeness and accuracy. Maintain process documentation and recommend improvements to quality controls. Respond to basic queries related to the QPR program and appropriately escalates complex issues. Manage key automated flows and applications integral to the QPR process. Set training requirements for QPR review teams and collaborate on training assignment. Generate reports and present data analysis insights for the QPR program. Communicate timely and accurately with stakeholders across geographic and business units. Leverage technology and AI solutions to enhance risk management tasks. What You Bring To The Role Post‑secondary education, preferably in a business or related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, with audit or audit risk management an asset. High aptitude for learning new systems, advanced Microsoft Office and data analysis skills (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, PowerQuery, PowerPivot, DAX). Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities. Proficiency in English at a business level. The position requires written and oral fluency in English and may involve creating or applying policies and regulations. The successful candidate may need to support English‑speaking stakeholders.
