As Kitchen Manager, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage food quality and safety standards, and mentor kitchen staff. You’ll ensure efficient workflow, uphold health standards, and support training initiatives. Leadership development opportunities are available to grow your skills further. You have 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, with strong leadership skills and a focus on culinary excellence. Your background in restaurant management and kitchen operations enables you to lead a team effectively and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
