In this role, you'll Be a Subject Matter Expert: Analyze coverage, identify exposures, recommend coverage options, process policy changes and renewals, manage inquiries, and adhere to underwriting guidelines and agency standards. Be a Meticulous Record Keeper: Use Epic to maintain account documentation, ensuring accurate and timely servicing and billing of accounts. Be an Insurance Professional: Build and maintain strong customer and insurer relationships, delivering exceptional service at all times. Be a Lifelong Learner: Stay informed on industry updates, trends, product information, changes to legislation, and new technology. Your expertise will make a difference. Pay Attention to Details: As a consultant, identify coverage gaps, seek appropriate solutions, and draft expert submissions. What it takes Level 2 Alberta Insurance License is required; Level 1 with experience will be considered for the Edmonton branch.
