We are seeking a Business Analyst for a temporary full‑time role (until approximately November 7, 2026).What is EpicEpic is one of the largest Health Information Systems (HIS) in North America, providing enterprise‑wide integration of clinical, financial and operational data.Why Join the HIS TeamYou will combine your passion for information technology and health care, remove barriers to the flow of health information across the Atlas Alliance, and positively impact patient care. If you thrive on analyzing data, improving business processes and solving complex challenges, this position may be right for you.Rotation/ShiftsDays, 8‑hour shifts.What You Will DoIdentify and analyze organizational needs by gathering information from end users, defining scope and objectives, and making recommendations for solutions.Understand the Epic software system and configure it to meet end‑user needs.Provide second‑level support for various clinical modalities, including issue triage and resolution.Troubleshoot, report and track issues and solutions with vendors/clients.Support regular upgrades and enhancements to the Epic system; review release notes with stakeholders, determine build requirements, configure the system, and perform integrated testing.What You Will BringUniversity degree and/or college plus equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.Minimum of three (3) years progressive experience in Information Systems, including previous experience in project management (health‑care experience preferred).Experience leading the implementation of small to medium‑scale systems and solution design.Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, critical thinking and decision‑making skills.Strong oral and written communication, organizational and presentation skills.Experience documenting and communicating processes and procedures.Ability to work independently and collaborate closely with team members.Ability to prioritize a large number of requests.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).Must be eligible to work in Canada.You Will Stand Out WithValid Epic certification.Experience working in a large healthcare organization.Experience developing and implementing standardized policies, procedures and protocols.Experience with configuring computer systems, creating reports (SQL, Crystal Reports, etc.) and/or working in a programming environment.Experience with quality assurance of clinical systems.Proficiency in English and French, oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).What You Can Expect From UsWe offer a healthy, safe and inclusive work environment, an attractive compensation package, a comprehensive benefits package, a Defined Benefit Pension (DBP) plan and insurance protection.
