Base Pay Range CA$80,000.00/yr – CA$120,000.00/yr The Opportunity Aritzia’s Concierge Management team is growing, and this position provides a unique chance to lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences. As the Concierge Manager, you will oversee world‑class sales, solution, and service excellence while driving daily operational success and fostering employee growth. Responsibilities Optimize performance across all communication channels. Sell apparel, deliver world‑class service, and build loyal client relationships. Ensure comprehensive delivery of sales, solution, and service expertise. Resolve client escalations to protect Aritzia’s brand and elevate Everyday Luxury experiences. Collaborate with business support partners to manage day‑to‑day departmental functions and align with corporate objectives. Qualifications Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications relevant to the role with a commitment to continuous learning. Alignment with Aritzia’s Values, Business, and People Leadership principles. Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional partners. Commitment to quality and results that add value to the business. Compensation Typical hiring range: $80,000 – $120,000 CAD per year. Final salary may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills and experience.
