Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant – TD Work Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Hours: 15 hours per week (up to 37.5 hours depending on volume) Line of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking Pay: $23.37 - $31.20 CAD per hour (subject to experience and business needs) Seniority Level: Entry level Employment Type: Part‑time Job Description The Mobile Mortgage Specialist (MMS) sales team is a national channel responsible for acquiring new mortgage and home equity line of credit business. As a Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant, you will support specialists by handling credit administration, customer service, and administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on sales. Key Accountabilities Customer Support Maximize support in credit administration. Maintain good relationships with partners, follow up, and respond to questions. Gather client documentation after initial customer meeting and process credit applications. Process assigned work volumes accurately and efficiently, meeting timeline commitments. Support the customer journey through the deal process and clarify mortgage suite details. Shareholder and Credit Quality Validate supporting documentation and meet credit quality objectives. Process transactions accurately within timelines and uphold MMS credit quality targets. Partner with administrative groups for end‑to‑end credit decision processes. Support sales goals and contribute to operational excellence. Escalate non‑standard or high‑risk activities as needed and comply with Bank Code of Conduct. Team Engagement Actively participate in team meetings, knowledge transfer, and performance management. Assist colleagues in completing assigned duties and enhance team results through quality service. Promote a fair, positive and equitable inclusive work environment. Broader Impact Handle routine customer transactions efficiently. Identify and assess customer problems using standard procedures, escalating when required. Contribute to process improvement and operational knowledge. What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year in a client‑facing or administrative role. Mortgage or credit lending experience. Superior computer and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Highly organized, self‑starter with strong multi‑tasking ability. Excellent time‑management and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Willingness to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
