Marino’s Automotive Group is looking for a Pre-Owned Sales Manager in Etobicoke Marino's Auto Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead our used car department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pre‑owned vehicle operation — from vehicle acquisition and appraisal to inventory management and team performance. This individual will play a key role in ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Vehicle Acquisition & Appraisal Source and acquire high‑quality pre‑owned vehicles through various channels. Perform accurate vehicle appraisals using data‑driven valuation tools and market analysis. Team Leadership & Development Manage, coach, and train the pre‑owned sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals. Support sales consultants in closing deals and improving overall performance. Ensure that all team members follow dealership processes and use available sales tools effectively. Sales & Customer Satisfaction Assist the sales team in negotiations and closing transactions. Handle and resolve customer complaints related to the used car operation promptly and professionally. Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and exceptional customer service. Inventory & Operations Management Review inventory daily to ensure all units are retail‑ready, properly displayed, and marketed effectively. Monitor market trends to optimize inventory mix and pricing strategies. Set and track monthly sales and gross profit targets for the department. Review monthly performance reports with the General Manager and identify areas for improvement. Successful Candidates Possess Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales management (preferably pre‑owned). OMVIC certification is required. Proven track record in vehicle acquisition, appraisal accuracy, and achieving sales goals. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Excellent customer service and conflict‑resolution abilities. Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and inventory management tools. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
