Route Sales Representative Victoria, British Columbia, Canada Overview As a Route Sales Representative at Frito Lay Canada, you will develop and sustain a growing snack foods business to an assigned group of retail customers, such as grocery, gas, and convenience stores. Your role encompasses selling and developing the business, and servicing customers through delivery and merchandising. Responsibilities Execute hands‑on activities: manage product placement on shelves, increase shelf facings and racks, handle carton returns, inventory movement, and cleaning of shelving and racks. Identify changing customer needs through continuous review of the highest selling products. Develop all assigned accounts relative to sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service objectives. Sell and execute national and local promotions, solicit placement of incremental marketing equipment, displays, racks, and selling product inventory for customer volume demands. Manage inventory to ensure balanced accounts and fresh products for customers. Hours 40 hours per week. Shifts Thursday – Monday. Qualifications Valid full G or class 5 driver’s license. Reliable access to a car with a clean driving record. Scheduling flexibility; work schedule may vary (weekends/holidays included). Previous sales experience with a consumer‑packaged goods or retail organization preferred. Outstanding organizational skills (able to handle multiple priorities, problem‑solve, meet targets).
