North American operations are headquartered in Vancouver, with global headquarters overseas.What- the Role:On behalf of our client, SWIM is searching for an experienced self‑motivated, intelligent, adaptable, and dynamic Business Analyst – SAP Finance & Procurement who will act as a liaison between Finance, Operations, IT and global business units, ensuring system alignment with business needs.Key responsibilities include:Provide day‑to‑day support for SAP Finance and Procurement modules and related systems.Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in collaboration with end‑users.Collaborate across departments to implement, configure, and maintain SAP and expense management systems (Concur).Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.Support project delivery, including requirements gathering, testing, training, and go‑live support.Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and system documentation.Monitor SAP system performance and coordinate with technical teams on issue resolution and improvements.Contribute to long‑term system development, including integration with People & Culture and Operations systems.Play an active role in global transformation projects, ensuring Finance and Operations processes scale effectively.Who- the Candidate:We are seeking someone who loves improving processes and who is excited to be part of a company’s growth and transformation. The Business Analyst should have flexibility in their schedule to meet deadlines and work effectively with teams across multiple global time zones.How Much:This company offers a highly competitive total compensation package Base salary commensurate with level of skills, experience, and education, likely in the range of $95,000–$120,000.
