You’ll own outcomes across performance, availability, security, and cost, and you’ll have room to simplify legacy systems while accelerating our move to cloud‑native services.What you will doLeadership & DeliveryAgile and technical team leadership (scrum master, people management)Support the leadership team with long‑term planningContribute to the creation, improvement, and monitoring of service and team KPIsCustomer & Production SupportProvide second‑level support for customer websites, applications, and emailOccasional after‑hours support (typically up to 1–2 incidents per week)Hosting & PlatformMaintain and improve our hosting offerings: Plesk, Managed WordPress, Virtuozzo VPS servers, and othersSupport DNS and domain management workflows in productionCloud & InfrastructureMaintain and optimize existing infrastructure including AWS and other compute servicesDesign scalable cloud‑based infrastructuresWork on client migrations to support them and improve efficienciesReliability, Performance & CostMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them efficientlyMonitor cost; propose and execute initiatives to improve service quality and cost efficiencySystems, Databases & ScriptingAdminister Unix/Linux and Windows‑based systemsAdminister database systems (MSSQL, MySQL)Code and script using a wide variety of open‑source technologies and toolsModernization & AutomationWork with infrastructure‑as‑code toolsResearch, develop, and implement the latest technologies in the cloud (AWS)Re‑imagine legacy systems and replace them with newer technologiesContribute to IT operations processesAutomate manual processesWhat you bringExperience8+ years in cloud, infrastructure, and system administration with a proven problem‑solving track record8+ years in enterprise Linux and Windows DevOps, configuration management, software development, and agile processes5+ years with scripting languages such as Bash, Perl, Python, or JavaScript3+ years leading technical teams3+ years leading agile projects and serving as scrum masterDeep proficiency in system administration, security, networking, and web technologiesDetailed understanding of core network protocols and services (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, REST/SOAP, FTPS/SFTP, DNS, SSL/TLS, firewalls, load balancers)Advanced knowledge of AWS services: EC2, VPC, S3, ELB, EBS, RDS, Route 53, Docker, ServerlessExperience with source control, automated builds, and continuous integrationAnalytical skills for performance measurement and data‑driven decisionsLove for clean, scalable, repeatable infrastructureA collaborative attitude—you support what you build and help others level upEducationAn Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree and System Administration experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
