We are currently seeking a dynamic **System Administrator** for a full-time & permanent role for our client who is an industry leader in the manufacturing of quality steel roofing and siding products, located in Ottawa.

The system administrator will assist with support on site, maintenance and optimization of core network services, devices and, communications systems. The incumbent will also provide logístical support, respond to queries, document changes, and assist with testing assessment, diagnosis and resolution of network service outages and incidents.

**What you’ll do**:

- Maintenance/Installation/Support of software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Antivirus, Backup);
- Maintenance/Installation/Support of all IT equipment (Servers, Workstations, Networks, Firewalls, AMS Controls, WIFIs, Cellphones, Phones, Printers);
- Support users in our ERP Epicor;
- Help desk;
- Meeting with users, technical teams and vendors for software and hardware requirement;
- Reads technical manuals to determine that the equipment meet the requirement;
- Organizes training programs, prepare checklist and processes for employees;
- Perform equipment repairs;
- Office work;
- Perform other duties/special projects as required.

**What you’ll need**:

- College Diploma, University degree or 3-5 years of equivalent experience;
- English (Written & Spoken);
- Basic French (Written & Spoken);
- Excellent computer skill;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Desire to actively participate in the growth of the company.

**Salary**: $28.75-$35.27 per hour
