On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity is looking for 1-2 Sr. Accountant/Financial Specialist - Bank Reconciliation/General Ledger (GL) to alleviate a backlog of bank reconciliations related to the implementation of a new ERP/business information system which will allow them to better manage finance, human resources, and supply chain management processes in the healthcare system.Our client is ready to move on this quickly, with an early January 2026 start date Remote candidates encouraged.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day functions within FinanceAlleviate backlog of bank reconciliationsSupport junior team member as requiredQualificationsUniversity Graduate in Business Administration or Commerce with an Accounting Major3+ years of experience working for an enterprise size (1000+ employee) Canadian organization5+ years of experience with bank reconciliations5+ years of experience with General Ledger (GL)Advanced accounting knowledgeA Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) is an assetHealthcare experience considered an assetNote: this role can be performed remotely from anywhere in Canada so long as the candidate can work full-time hours and during our client's core hours.Equal OpportunityAffinity is an equal opportunity employer.
