Create intuitive, user-centered experiences that make complex processes feel simple.

Evolve and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and rapid iteration based on insights.
Drive consistency and quality across procurement tools and digital touchpoints.

⭐ 5–8 years of UI/UX experience with a Portfolio showcasing exceptional digital design.
~ A degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science , or a related field.
~ Expertise in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD .
~ Proven leadership in managing end-to-end design projects.
~ Strong understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design .
~ Experience with user research and testing methodologies.
~ Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript (nice to have).
~ Experience with agile teams and design systems .
~ Work on meaningful, high-impact design challenges.
Collaborate with teams who value craft, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Lead design for products that reach users across global operations.
