Our FI client is looking for a Product Designer to join their team for 12+ months, 37.5 hours per week. It will be onsite 3-4x per week, in Downtown Toronto. Ideally, you have financial or banking experience (or insurance, investments, wealth management). As a designer on the team, you will be focusing on native mobile design particularly iOS and Android platforms. You will also be working on design systems and will leverage platforms from iOS and Android to extend and refine the client's mobile design system. You should be comfortable within agile team environments You will be collaborating with interdisciplinary team members and stakeholders as you analyze, design and convey your mobile design vision. You should have: a portfolio that includes application design samples. a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing web and native mobile applications. strong technical understanding of mobile platforms iOS and Android. strong understanding of design systems demonstrated expertise with design, prototyping, and research tools such as Figma, Mural, UserTesting.com, Alida, Maze etc.
