Compliance Analyst – 12 Month ContractCanada Life (a member of the Power Financial Corporation group) We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to support our Insurance Distribution Compliance Operations team. The role reports to the Vice‑President, National Compliance, and will focus on intake and assignment of compliance queries, data analytics, reporting, policy maintenance, training support, and various day‑to‑day compliance activities. Responsibilities Triage inquiries from sales, carriers, and advisors (mailbox work) Manage continuing education credits (documentation, issuance, tracking) Prepare reports and metrics for management reporting Assist with updating and maintaining compliance and company policies Support the Senior Compliance Analyst with training coordination and reporting Assist the VP of National Compliance with document gathering for suitability reviews, monitoring, investigations, and allegations of advisor misconduct Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned Qualifications 3–5 years business experience in an office environment; experience in insurance and/or compliance is preferred (training will be provided) Knowledge of WealthServe is an asset; not required College diploma or other post‑secondary education Industry courses (e.g., LOMA) are an asset Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities Ability to work well independently Strong team‑player mentality Service‑oriented, advisor‑centric mindset Good negotiation skills Strong written and verbal communication Base salary: $54,300 – $81,400 annually (does not include bonus or commission). Additional details about total rewards will be discussed with the hired candidate.
