About this roleAs a Recruiter at Faire, you will be instrumental in helping scale a high-growth startup. We are looking for someone that is passionate about recruiting and working with hiring managers to find top talent across our Product, Strategy and Design orgs. We are looking for someone that has a positive attitude, a proactive approach to managing pipelines and a seamless candidate experience, and can partner effectively with our recruiting team and key stakeholders to grow the company.Depending on business needs, there is potential for this contract to be extended What You\'ll DoUse your talents as a recruiter to manage the full cycle recruiting process, including the ability to negotiate and close candidatesCommunicate and effectively partner with hiring managers to deeply understand roles and build out structured processes and create effective job descriptionsDrive creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, along with internal referrals, to identify and attract high quality candidatesDrive the offer process to onboard candidatesHelp maintain our applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and build out transparent reporting for stakeholders on recruiting activityBe a gatekeeper of our culture and champion for Faire values: We serve our community, We seek the truth, We are all owners, We embrace the adventure, We are kindHelp build an inclusive and diverse team environment Qualifications2+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally coming from a tech start-upYou are resourceful, proactive and take initiative on helping to solve complex talent puzzlesYou are passionate about recruitingYou are organized and have excellent time management skillsYou care deeply about the candidate experience and employee brand, with impeccable attention to detailYou have excellent communication skills, written and verbalYou are data driven and have experience managing weekly pipeline reporting Salary RangeCanada: The pay range for this role is $79,000 to $109,000 per year.This role will also be eligible for benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Work ArrangementHybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 2 days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Effective starting in January 2026, employees will be expected to go into the office on a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. Specific Workplace and Information Technology positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be indicated in the job posting.
