Join Kyndryl as the Associate Director for Service Reliability and Observability. You will lead enterprise strategies to ensure robust performance monitoring and proactive service management.
In your role, you will be responsible for advancing our observability practices by establishing monitoring standards and frameworks that support various applications and infrastructures. Your focus will be on enhancing service visibility and reliability through data-driven insights and technical guidance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall user experience in technology service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and enforce observability standards across the enterprise • Engage with teams to optimize performance metrics • Lead improvements in monitoring effectiveness and coverage • Foster adoption of innovative observability tools • Analyze service health and reliability data for enhancements
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or akin discipline • Over 8 years of experience in observability and cloud engineering • At least 3 years in a leadership capacity • Experience with observability tools like Dynatrace • Understanding of application performance standards
