Key Responsibilities
• Develop and enforce observability standards across the enterprise
• Engage with teams to optimize performance metrics
• Lead improvements in monitoring effectiveness and coverage
• Foster adoption of innovative observability tools
• Analyze service health and reliability data for enhancements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or akin discipline
• Over 8 years of experience in observability and cloud engineering
• At least 3 years in a leadership capacity
• Experience with observability tools like Dynatrace
• Understanding of application performance standards Drive meaningful change in Kyndryl's observability initiatives to elevate service reliability.
