This organisation is expanding rapidly and is now seeking a dynamic sales professional to join their team. Our client is looking to hire an Epicor Kinetic Account Executive to lead new business development and expand their ERP footprint across Western Canada. This role focuses on selling Epicor Kinetic ERP solutions to manufacturing and industrial clients, managing the full sales cycle, and contributing to strategic regional growth. As a hunter‑style sales executive, you will identify new opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision‑makers, and close complex enterprise software deals. This is a high‑impact role where your success directly contributes to the firm's growth and long‑term customer partnerships. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive new Epicor Kinetic ERP business across Western Canada. Prospect, engage, and qualify manufacturing and industrial sector clients. Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from initial discovery to contract negotiation and close. Partner with technical and pre‑sales teams to deliver tailored demonstrations and solution discussions. Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑suite, operations, and IT stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to effectively communicate the value of Epicor Kinetic ERP. Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and pipeline visibility. Represent the consulting firm at client meetings, trade shows, and regional industry events. Essential Skills & Experience 2–7+ years of B2B software sales experience, ideally in ERP, enterprise software, or manufacturing technology. Experience selling ERP solutions or complex enterprise platforms (Epicor, SAP, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics). Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and operational processes. Exceptional communication skills. Ability to travel throughout Western Canada as needed.
