Apply today and become a part of our exciting journey Position Overview LawDepot.com is currently expanding and looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) in Edmonton, Alberta. Working with the Information Systems team, you will be responsible for testing and implementation of our quality assurance processes. This is a full‑time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with opportunities in office or hybrid. Primary Responsibilities Perform Quality Assurance testing for new online products, user interface updates, product enhancements, internal tools, and A/B experiments Identify, document, and track all bugs, issues, and inconsistencies in the bug tracking system Conduct cross‑browser and cross‑device testing to ensure a consistent user experience Build and implement test plans with detailed use cases and clear procedures Collaborate with other departments (Development, Marketing, Legal) to review requirements, specifications, and identify potential gaps Communicate proactively with the Scrum team and QA Manager regarding testing status, risks, and timelines Participate in an Agile development process working with team members to help achieve team goals Replicate reported defects to help identify the root cause of the issue and the full scope of impact Complete assigned projects while maintaining a high standard of quality Opportunity to write code directly and pick up development tasks as desired Knowledge and Skill Requirements Post‑Secondary Education in Computing Science, Information Systems Technology, Web Design, or another relevant field (ex.
