We are now seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for our fast-growing organization. The position is based in Philippines. Job Description: The primary responsibility of the position holder is to provide high quality feasibility studies and ensure that the technical requirements in a project are aligned between client, supplier, and the project team. It is the responsibility of the Technical Sales Engineer to collect data, review technical proposals, and client requirements to support the sales process from initiation to contract signing. The Technical Sales Engineer will design and suggest concepts and solutions based on the requirements of the client in feasibility and proposal stages. A successful feasibility study ensures that the sales process is not delayed and leaves no technical questions for the project team during execution. The position holder shall report to the BD Director. Key Responsibilities: Site visit and communication with clients to collect and verify technical data Perform heat and mass balance calculations and verify system capacity Use energy analysis tools to determine proper biomass/biogas technology and capacity for various scenarios in a project Use/develop calculation tools for biomass/biogas to prepare tentative layouts and estimate space requirement for projects Review supplier proposals and align with client requirements, fill out technical clarification documents Design and draw conceptual layouts and technological solutions based on the requirements of the client and conclusion of the energy analysis. Key skills / competences / experience: Good commercial and technical knowledge about renewable energy solutions (biomass, biogas, absorption chillers). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Team player with a supportive and positive mindset Passionate for sustainable solutions and renewable energy. Willingness to travel as and when required to meet the clients. Willingness to learn new skills and take up new challenges and task. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of professional Technical Sales experience in the renewable energy industry (bioenergy, biomass or thermal solutions). Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related commercial discipline Experience in heat (biomass) and power (biogas) industry or auditing firms with specialization in thermodynamics and waste to energy is a strong advantage Good understanding of the clients’ manufacturing processes, energy requirements, and emissions reduction targets Experience working with large corporations, industrial clients, or utilities. Fluent in English; additional local languages are a plus Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Must be a Philippine citizen with legal authorisation to work in the Philippines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
