Job Title: Director of Financial Reporting Overview Are you passionate about turning numbers into insights and driving financial transparency at the highest level? At Dexterra, we’re looking for a Director of Financial Reporting who combines technical expertise with strategic vision. Key Responsibilities Own the preparation and review of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, MD&A, and disclosures. Provide technical accounting guidance and ensure compliance with evolving IFRS standards. Supervise and mentor a talented team, fostering growth and best practices. Partner with FP&A, tax, treasury, and operations to ensure accuracy and alignment. Champion process enhancements, system upgrades, and internal controls. Coordinate quarterly reviews and year‑end audits with external auditors. Qualifications CPA designation and a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Big 4 experience and public company reporting expertise. Deep knowledge of IFRS and financial systems (NetSuite, OneStream). Proven leadership (5+ years) managing high‑performing teams. Advanced Excel skills and strong business acumen. Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex concepts. Bonus Points MBA or CFA designation, experience with capital assets, consolidation tools, and a knack for strategic thinking.
