Director of Financial Reporting – Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

We're looking for a seasoned
Director of Financial Reporting
to lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, MD&A, and disclosures in compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards.

This leadership role includes:

Driving accuracy and transparency in financial reporting

Managing external audits and ensuring robust internal controls

Providing technical accounting guidance and interpreting complex IFRS issues

Leading a high-performing team and fostering best practices

Collaborating on strategic projects and system implementations

What we're looking for:

CPA designation (MBA or CFA is a plus)

8–10 years of leadership experience in financial reporting

Big 4 experience preferred

Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
