Looking for professionals with great project management and interpersonal skills, someone comfortable with numbers, and creative with the ability to make a difference at an innovation driven food company. Location: This position is based out of our Head Office at 15 Marmac Drive (Etobicoke, Ontario) and is hybrid with in office presence required 1-2x per week Key Responsibilities: Assists in the execution of creating new products, working in conjunction with a cross-functional team Creation and maintenance of product specifications Creation and review of marketing material and label copy and artwork Assists in the creation of marketing materials for internal & external reference e.g. sell sheets, product photography, launch presentations, product manuals, and new packaging Management and analysis of new products costing Assists in the rationalization and product categorization processes Ownership of purchase order submissions and budget analysis and record keeping Creation and analysis of sales and category reports Assists in the updating of internal project status reports US and Canadian ECC NET maintenance for specified customers Assists in the management of product sample requests Performs other administrative duties as assigned Communication liaison of project status of new product launches between Sales and Product Development Recipe for Success: Degree or diploma majoring in Marketing/ Business Up to 2 years experience in Marketing or related work fields would be an asset Experience in Project Management an asset Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve Strong interpersonal skills with clear communications (verbal and written) Excellent organizational skills in order to meet tight deadlines A self-starter with the ability to identify projects, solutions Knowledge of design process, web, and social media, an asset Ability to work independently and in a team environment Previous marketing experience in food and/or bakery environment is preferred What We Can Offer: It’s an exciting time to be part of the Give & Go team as we are growing rapidly and want you to become a part of our growth and extraordinarily bright future.
