Working together with its research institute, the University of Ottawa, and other partners, the hospital is continually gaining national and international recognition for high-quality patient care, teaching and research, while striving to meet the needs of the culturally diverse community we serve.Rotation/ShiftsDays, evenings and nights, including weekends, 8 hour shifts.For information purposes only - The Hospital reserves the right to change.Basic RequirementsBaccalaureate of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized university OR an equivalent combination of training and experience as determined by the Ontario College of PharmacistsRegistration as a Pharmacist with the Ontario College of Pharmacists with an unrestricted Part A licenseWorking knowledge of modern hospital care and drug therapyIn-depth understanding of use, composition and clinical effects of drugsAbility to supervise/lead/coach/mentorExperience working with word processing, spreadsheet and database applicationsSuperior written and verbal communication skillsExcellent teaching skillsGood interpersonal skillsEligible to work in CanadaWhat You Can Expect From UsThe Ottawa Hospital is committed to providing a healthy, safe, and inclusive work environment for everyone.
