Position Information Clinical Assignment: Outpatient Oncology Pharmacist. Temporary position until August 28, 2026 approximately. Rotation / Shifts: Days, 8‑hour shifts. Basic Requirements Baccalaureate of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized university OR an equivalent combination of training and experience as determined by the Ontario College of Pharmacists. Registration as a Pharmacist with the Ontario College of Pharmacists with an unrestricted Part A licence. Working knowledge of modern hospital care and drug therapy. In‑depth understanding of use, composition and clinical effects of drugs. Ability to supervise, lead, coach and mentor. Experience working with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Excellent teaching skills. Good interpersonal skills. Eligible to work in Canada.
