This role focuses on delivering high-quality electrical engineering solutions for tenancy fit-outs and new build projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership experience, and a passion for mentoring junior staff while remaining hands-on with project work.Key ResponsibilitiesLead electrical engineering design for tenancy build-outs, renovations, and new construction projects.Prepare design calculations, specifications, and drawings for lighting, power distribution, fire/life safety, and low-voltage systems.Coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.Conduct site reviews, inspections, and commissioning as required.Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers, providing technical oversight and knowledge sharing.Manage client expectations and provide technical advice throughout project lifecycles.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (P.
