Our offering includes a leading portfolio from our trusted brands: Raychem, Tracer, Nuheat and Pyrotenax.WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:ResponsibilitiesBe part of an international Pricing Team that is focused on delivering results while not forgetting to have a laugh on a daily basisResearch, Audit, and Process customer credit requests resolving any discrepancies working closely with our customers and sales teamsEvaluate and take action on customer claims based on product circumstances, specifications of original order, order errors, etc.Collaborate cross-functionally to support and improve the credit process and skills of teamsProvide analytical and data content associated with credits, supporting multiple teamsBuild and manage innovative tools to add efficiency to the processing of claimsAssist customers (distributors) to ensure claims are submitted correctly and timelyData stewardship for customer master data and customer hierarchyMay be required to perform additional duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or Economics highly preferred2+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas; analyzing data in pricing, sales, finance, or marketingAdvanced experience with Excel & PowerPivot, SAP. Experience with Pricefx and Tableau is a plusDemonstrated ability to utilize strong written and verbal communication skills.
