As a Market Intelligence Lead, you will play a vital role in delivering valuable insights and conducting a comprehensive analysis of the pharmaceutical market landscape. The opportunity:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research on the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Identify and assess emerging market trends, and quantify and prioritize identified opportunities.
  • Provide recommendations to improve the company's product offerings and competitive advantage.
  • Develop forecasting models to predict market trends, demand patterns, and potential revenue growth.

Data Collection and Interpretation:

  • Collect and analyze data from diverse sources, including market reports, industry publications, databases, and internal repositories.
  • Leverage advanced statistical and analytical tools to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Transform complex data into clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations for key stakeholders.

Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of competitor strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning.
  • Monitor competitor product launches, marketing campaigns, and regulatory updates to identify potential areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.

Customer Behavior Analysis:

  • Analyze customer preferences, behaviors, and demands to understand market dynamics and potential opportunities.
  • Segment customer groups and propose targeted marketing strategies to optimize customer engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.

Industry Monitoring:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics that could impact the company's operations.
  • Prepare reports and briefings on relevant industry trends and potential impacts on the business.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to align market intelligence findings with business objectives.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support the development of marketing strategies and product launches


Skills, knowledge, and abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, data science, or a related field.
  • Three plus (3+) years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the compounding pharmaceutical industry. Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations, industry guidelines, and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel, Tableau, or R.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and market research methodologies.
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about business challenges
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel) required
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent French and English (oral & written) required. This position will be working with global partners researching competitors across the globe and presenting data analysis to members of leadership in Australia.

  • Réaliser une étude de marché complète sur l'industrie pharmaceutiques.
  • Identifier et évaluer les tendances émergentes du marché, quantifier et hiérarchiser les opportunités identifiées.
  • Fournir des recommandations pour améliorer les offres de produits et l'avantage concurrentiel de l'entreprise.
  • Élaborer des modèles prévisionnels pour prédire les tendances du marché, les modèles de demande et la croissance potentielle des revenus.

Collecte et interprétation des données

  • Recueillir et analyser des données provenant de diverses sources, y compris des rapports de marché, des publications sectorielles, des bases de données et des référentiels internes.
  • Utiliser des outils statistiques et analytiques avancés pour interpréter des ensembles de données complexes et en tirer des informations significatives.
  • Transformer des données complexes en rapports, tableaux de bord et présentations à la fois clairs et concis à l'intention des principales parties prenantes.

Analyse de la concurrence

  • Procéder à des évaluations approfondies des forces, des faiblesses et du positionnement des concurrents.
  • Suivre les lancements de produits, les campagnes de marketing et les mises à jour réglementaires des concurrents afin d'identifier les domaines potentiels d'amélioration et d'informer la prise de décision stratégique.

Analyse du comportement des clients

  • Analyser les préférences, les comportements et les demandes des clients pour comprendre la dynamique du marché et les opportunités potentielles.
  • Segmenter les groupes de clients et proposer des stratégies de marketing ciblées pour optimiser l'engagement, la rétention et la satisfaction globale des clients.

Surveillance de l'industrie

  • Se tenir au courant des évolutions du secteur, des changements réglementaires et de la dynamique du marché susceptibles d'avoir un impact sur les activités de l'entreprise.
  • Préparer des rapports et des séances d'information sur les tendances sectorielles pertinentes et les incidences potentielles sur l'entreprise.

Habiletés, connaissances et aptitudes

  • Baccalauréat en commerce, en science des données ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Trois ans d'expérience ou plus dans le domaine des études de marché, de la veille concurrentielle ou dans une fonction similaire.
  • Connaissance de l'industrie pharmaceutique. Familiarité avec les réglementations pharmaceutiques, les lignes directrices de l'industrie et la dynamique du marché.
