Are you a visionary leader who likes the challenges behind driving brand growth and market expansion? We are in search of a strategic-minded individual to be responsible for devising and implementing comprehensive strategies to drive business development initiatives and brand management. Your expertise in market segmentation, competitor analysis, and brand management will be pivotal in shaping our company's trajectory. If you possess an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for innovation and a proven track record of success in marketing leadership role, we would ne happy to meet with youResponsibilitiesCoordinate with various internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis to develop proper understanding of market landscape. Formulate business plans using various sales arguments and tactics in collaboration with the Senior Vice-President of Business Development & Client Experience that can be effectively used to drive new business. Measure results and modify accordingly.Research and spend time in key markets with sales and customer service team members as you acquire market intelligence pertaining to geographic opportunities and competitor information.Identify opportunities to drive business development initiatives via multiple channels and lead the action plans that result in new meetings and/or new business while measuring the results/ROI.Schedule and attend conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, identifying attendees, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis.Develop and update detailed competitor database.Obtain, maintain, analyze, and communicate market-based information for the purpose of promoting intelligent decision making.Manage RFPs and quarterly business review presentations.Assist in the design and execution of service innovations.Plan and participate in annual sales meeting.Assume brand manager functions across all media while developing plans that increase our awareness in existing and new markets.What you bring:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management or commerce10+ years of relevant experience in strategic business & market development.Analytical and detail oriented with a creative flairComfortable in front of a crowd and/or a prospective clientInnovative thinker with a strong understanding and appreciation for differentiationA proven storyteller with impeccable writing skills and the ability to create contentThrives in a fast-paced environmentClient-oriented and committed to excellenceStrong problem-solving skills, ability to identify root causes and find win/win solutions.Perfectly Bilingual (English and French; written & spoken)Well organized with an emphasis on prioritization.What we offer:Be part of a well-established international company, combining 45 years of experience in Customs Brokerage & Logistics services.Have an impact on the growth of the company.A hybrid work environment with 2 days per week at the office.24/7 telemedicine platform and an extra healthcare account expense.Have access to a complete insurance program of dental & medical services, a coverage of $500/specialists/year.Grow your career in a reputable company.Work in a flexible company with an agile mindset.Omnitrans is committed to creating and maintaining an accessible and inclusive work environment to eliminate discrimination based on age, skin color, origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation and any other characteristic.
