THE ROLE Indie Campers is looking for a dedicated and dynamic On‑site Sales Executive to manage the entire sales process for our used recreational vehicles (RVs) at our Vancouver location. The successful candidate will qualify leads, conduct customer demos, prepare vehicles, and handle post‑purchase handovers. The role blends sales expertise, operational efficiency, and a customer‑driven mindset. WORK RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement local sales strategies to meet targets. Manage inbound leads and move them through the commercial funnel to generate sales. Prepare vehicles for defleet, coordinating MOT, repairs, cleaning, condition audits, and photography with local staff. Prepare vehicles for sale and for customer demo visits, including check‑in procedures. Conduct customer demos and handovers to customers post‑purchase. Build and maintain local partnerships for vehicle photos, third‑party condition reports, and related services. Organise and host local sales events such as open days at the depot. Coordinate with head‑quarter teams to ensure alignment of priorities and quality execution. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics. Handle inbound leads similarly to an online sales executive. Document vehicle condition, ensure refurbishment, and take photos for sale. Work on agreed sales development projects. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Technical degree or Bachelor’s in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience in auto or RV sales, or related sales roles (highly desirable). Minimum one year of sales experience, preferably in RV sales or at a dealership. Fluency in Italian and English. Strong knowledge of RV products and sales capabilities (plus). Proficiency in handling administrative requirements related to leasing or RV sales, including document handling and lease termination. Knowledge of consumer financing (plus). Excellent communication, collaboration, and high‑standard customer focus. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability. Humble, proactive attitude with a “builder” mindset. Availability to work 100% on premises (no remote). Availability to work the standard weekly schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, starting at 8:00 or 9:00 local time; flexibility for rotating days upon approval by leadership.
