Business Sales Agent – Vancouver Join OSL Retail Services in partnering with Amazon Key Division to grow multi‑dwelling building access across Canada. This position is for an existing vacancy within our sales team. As part of our recruitment process, we utilize AI‑based tools to assist in resume screening and skills‑matching. If you have questions, contact Responsibilities Drive B2B sales and market penetration within the MDU sales vertical, targeting property management companies and property managers. Engage clients using outbound marketing, cold calls, emails and outreach campaigns. Schedule and lead in‑person and virtual sales presentations. Showcase Amazon Key solutions. Build and nurture relationships, guiding prospects from interest to installation. Position Amazon Key as the preferred access solution by understanding customer needs and pain points. Provide regular updates on outreach activities, sales pipeline and market feedback to the Sales Team Manager. Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling to maximize sales impact. Represent Amazon Key with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a results‑driven mindset. Perform any other duties as needed to drive marketing and sales success. Qualifications Experience in outbound marketing, lead generation or B2B sales, preferably targeting property managers or real estate professionals. Proven ability to drive engagement through cold calling, email outreach and prospecting strategies. Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills to convey Amazon Key’s value. Self‑motivated, highly organized and capable of managing a high‑volume outreach pipeline. Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams to support customer needs. Required to work either in Mississauga office or in the field five days a week based on business needs. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasional in‑person meetings.
