Financial Insurance Representative Join Serenia Life Financial as a Financial Insurance Representative and help clients protect the ones they love. This role values being Human and Kind, creating deep relationships that guide clients toward their financial goals. Location & Type British Columbia Full‑time Key Responsibilities Coordinate and compile new business quotes and renewals. Outbound prospecting, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and introducing appropriate products and services. Provide a high level of customer service. Apply best practices in all interactions through ethical and professional conduct. Support Digital Wealth Management (Insurance, Investments and Mortgages). Qualifications Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills. Proactive problem‑solving and dedication to customer service. Ability to multi‑task and deliver presentations to potential customers. LLQP or willingness to obtain. Benefits & Compensation Competitive commission compensation structure, base bonuses and monthly sales contests.
