The IT Infrastructure Architect is responsible for designing, architecting, and leading highly available, secure, and scalable infrastructure solutions across on-premise, private cloud, and public cloud environments. This role requires deep technical expertise across infrastructure platforms, cloud services, networking, databases, security, and high availability/disaster recovery designs. The architect will act as a technical leader, working autonomously on complex and high-visibility initiatives while collaborating with business teams and external vendors.Key Responsibilities:Architect and design highly available and operable infrastructure solutionsDesign and support infrastructure across ESXi, private cloud, public cloud, and x86 commodity hardwareArchitect Microsoft Azure network and PaaS-based solutionsDesign and support Linux and Windows-based environmentsArchitect application platforms using JBoss, NodeJS, and Spring BootDesign database architectures including Oracle RAC, Oracle Cloud at Customer (OCaC), MS SQL, MongoDB, and CassandraDefine storage architectures using SAN, DAS, and NAS technologiesDevelop and implement High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategiesDesign and review network architectures including DNS, load balancers, firewalls, and CDN technologiesEnsure infrastructure security best practices are embedded in all designsLead architecture analysis and design activities for large, complex, and high-risk projectsAct as a lead architectural expert for project teams, business stakeholders, and external vendorsProvide guidance on infrastructure standards, tools, processes, and proceduresWork independently while managing multiple architecture initiatives simultaneouslyRequired Skills:Strong experience architecting highly available infrastructure solutionsExpertise with virtualization platforms such as ESXiStrong knowledge of Microsoft Azure networking and PaaS servicesExperience working with Linux and Windows operating systemsHands-on experience with middleware and application platforms (JBoss, NodeJS, Spring Boot)Database architecture experience with Oracle RAC, OCaC, MS SQL, MongoDB, and CassandraStrong understanding of HA and DR design principlesNetworking expertise including DNS, load balancing, firewalls, and CDN technologiesStrong focus on infrastructure security and complianceAbility to lead complex architectural discussions and initiativesExcellent analytical, leadership, and organizational skillsEducation:Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate (required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
