Position Summary

The
Infrastructure Architect
will provide architectural direction, guidance, and governance across cloud and infrastructure platforms within the Private Cloud / Public Cloud Product Management team. This role supports architecture design, technology selection, and system integration, with a strong focus on
Azure, GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, and AI technologies
.

The successful candidate will also assist in building a
cloud-based lab environment
to validate architecture patterns and collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide architectural recommendations for
    Azure, GCP, AWS
    , and hybrid cloud environments
  • Design and validate
    cloud architecture patterns
    using engineering lab environments
  • Develop
    architectural design documents
    and system integration patterns
  • Participate in architecture governance through review boards and peer reviews
  • Conduct cloud estate analysis and generate architecture assessment reports
  • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions
  • Support architecture validation, optimization, and modernization initiatives

Typical Work Week

Meetings

  • Infrastructure Platform Applied Architecture stand-ups (twice weekly)
  • Weekly Architecture Review Board
  • Weekly Infrastructure Platform Architecture peer review
  • Role-specific working sessions with architects, engineers, and stakeholders

Activities

  • System integration pattern development
  • Architecture design documentation
  • Peer review of architectural solutions
  • Cloud lab validation of patterns and architectures
  • Cloud estate analysis and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

Required (Must-Have)

  • Kubernetes
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms
  • AI technologies
  • 5+ years of professional experience in architecture or infrastructure roles
  • Strong hands-on technical architecture experience
