This position is a great opportunity to build on existing customer service skills as well as to learn consumer credit profile decision-making. Fine tune your multi-tasking abilities, while developing your communication and problem-solving skills. You’ll also be able to use both French and English languages daily in this fantastic team environment. Key Responsibilities Support approvers in the analysis of credit files;Inbound/outbound calls to complete customer files;Responding to customer calls and emails;Data entry of customer files;Credit adjudication (training provided);Providing superior professional service to valued clients.
