You will contribute to advanced analytics by scoping, analyzing, developing, automating, enhancing, and validating BI reporting, analytics, and dashboards—delivered creatively and efficiently.What will you be doing?Perform detailed data analysis, validation, and report testing to identify data quality and reporting issues.Monitor report events and subscriptions following EDW data load completion.Manage report user access and privileges.Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and validate reporting requirements.Analyze business needs and design, develop, and implement BI solutions.Translate requirements into technical specifications for BI/report developers.Develop data marts, reports, and dashboards on the MicroStrategy-powered Business Insights platform.Communicate progress, milestones, challenges, and escalate issues as needed.Deepen knowledge of goeasy’s data by integrating datasets, identifying KPIs, and delivering insights.Create ad-hoc queries and reports, providing ongoing analytical support.Support self-service reporting and promptly resolve data/reporting issues.Work closely with BI and Data Solutions Architects, Data and BI Engineers to ensure standards adherence.What experience do you have?Minimum 3 years of hands-on business reporting experience.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related IT field (preferred).At least 3 years of experience with BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, or Tableau.Minimum 2 years of experience with SQL Server or similar relational databases.Proven experience developing reports with documents, grids, graphs, and dashboards.Intermediate SQL skills for building, debugging, and optimizing queries.Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills.Ability to utilize data to solve business problems.Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.Detail-oriented, inquisitive, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Self-starter with a proactive approach and results-oriented mindset.We offer a Flexible Work Program: work three days onsite per week at our Mississauga office.Internal Applicants: Please apply through the link and provide written endorsement from your current manager.Why work for goeasy?We commit to enhancing our total rewards annually.
