The candidate will have experience in GTM, Technical Sales and Data Management and will join our team remotely. This cross-functional role requires initiative, collaboration across teams, and direct customer engagement to deliver expert guidance and drive results. You will report to the Senior Director, Communities of Practice.Technology You\'ll UseInformatica cloud platform (IDMC) and related products (AI, Data Integration, Access Management, Marketplace, Data Governance & Catalog, Master Data Management, etc)Sales enablement platforms including SeismicEnterprise SaaS, Middleware (PaaS), and IaaS technologiesRole ResponsibilitiesAdvance the goals of CoP, support the broader technical sales and sales communities, facilitate prompt communications and community activities across the globeSupport strategic sales opportunities through creation of reusable sales assets, coaching field resources, and engaging directly with customersDevelop and maintain expertise in GTM messaging, processes, and activities to enhance CoP impact on overall GTM goalsEstablish and maintain partnerships with sales, marketing, and product teams, ensuring regular communication and documented follow-upsOversee Seismic page development and community engagement activities, expanding community participation and interactionPromote the CoP mission internally and externally, representing its value propositionCollaborate with the larger CoP team and technical sales leaders to deploy CoP expertiseManage customer relationships, engaging them in value-added activitiesWhat It\'s Looking ForExpertise in Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and services such as AI, MDM, or Data GovernanceExperience working with senior leaders and driving discussion around solutions and business valueExperience working cross-functionally with architecture, engineering, marketing, sales and support teamsExperience with enterprise data management, SaaS, middleware (PaaS), IaaS, enterprise software and/or analyticsExperience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with a passion for building processes, relationships, and stakeholder engagementDeep understanding of enterprise software sales and GTM processesRole Essentials5+ years of director-level experience within enterprise software, managing multiple workstreams and deadlines in sales contextsAbility to articulate complex technical concepts in writing and verballyExperience conducting user interviews and building relationships among customers, prospects, analysts, sales, R&D, and managementProject management experience with geographically dispersed teamsPrior knowledge of Informatica technologies and productsMaster\'s degree in related disciplines (master\'s preferred)Open to travel up to 25% for meetings and visits to Informatica offices globallyPerks & BenefitsComprehensive health, vision, and wellness benefits (Paid parental leave, adoption benefits, life insurance, disability insurance and 401k plan or international pension/retirement plans)Flexible time-off policy and hybrid working practicesEquity opportunities and an employee stock purchase program (ESPP)Comprehensive Mental Health and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefitOur DATA values are our north star and we are passionate about building and delivering solutions that accelerate data innovations.
