Are you excited by the opportunity to fundamentally change how mental health care is delivered across Canada? Do you have experience selling EHR or healthcare software to group practices, universities, or other healthcare organizations? If so, keep reading.Owl Practice Suite is on a mission to make mental health care more accessible across Canada. We’re looking for a Practice Advisor, Groups to help expand our provider network, focusing on group practices and institutional partners. You’ll work independently, using your experience and Canadian market knowledge to drive growth, conduct demos, and collaborate with our team on onboarding new providers.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead outbound prospecting efforts to Canadian group practices, universities, and other institutional partners (75% outbound / 25% inbound).Manage a high-volume pipeline of group opportunities while maintaining a consultative and solutions-focused approach.Conduct product demos and explain Owl Practice’s value proposition to decision-makers.Partner with the team to onboard new groups and ensure a smooth implementation of our platform.Understand the Canadian mental health landscape, including provincial regulations and market nuances, to provide actionable insights.Take initiative to drive business growth and problem-solve solutions independently.As Our Ideal Candidate, You’ll Have:2+ years of experience in consultative sales of EHR, healthcare, or SaaS solutions (experience selling to groups, universities, or institutional clients preferred).Deep understanding of the Canadian mental health landscape and the ability to navigate provincial differences in regulations and market needs.Track record of managing a pipeline and independently driving sales results.Strong technical aptitude, able to work with the team to onboard new clients and guide them through implementation.Demonstrated flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a high level of professionalism.Bonus: Experience driving payments adoption or other software-related adoption initiatives.Why Join Owl Practice Suite?This is an independent, high-impact role where your work will directly influence the growth of our Canadian provider network and the accessibility of mental health care across the country.
