Summary Description EXFO is looking for an Administrative Assistant and Payroll Support Agent to join its Finance team. The successful candidate will provide support to the payroll team for approximately 50% of their tasks, as well as to the legal and finance teams. This person will contribute to the smooth running of administrative operations and the accuracy of financial processes. This position is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to international transactions and to contribute to a team of experienced professionals Responsibilities Assist with payroll processing and verification. Provide administrative support to the Finance department and the Legal team. Prepare, update, and archive financial and legal documents. Manage internal and external communications (emails, calls, correspondence). Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Perform data entry tasks and generate reports as needed. Qualifications Experience in payroll processing. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Bilingualism (French and English) required. Discretion and adherence to confidentiality standards.
