Responsibilities Work closely with International Sales Managers to choose products based on specifications and applications, and create quotations with leadership from the Sales Managers. Support internal operations in India, Middle East, Singapore, and Malaysia for product technical and estimation support, either remotely or on-site. Provide technical leadership in established territories to meet company targets, budgets, and expectations. Choosing products from specifications. Preparing estimation based on tender specifications, tender BOQ and input drawings. Preparing compliance, technical submittal, CDR and offer notes for estimation. Preparing standard field device termination detail for wiring connection templates. Preparing technical comparison of existing products with Greystone products to get client approval. Preparing installation guidelines to support clients in installing field equipment. Preparing site audit reports and highlighting critical points after completing site reviews. Preparing pre-installation checklists for building solutions if needed. Creating quotations and proposals per rate contract price. Preparing offer lists as per standard template. Discussing special product requirements and proposing to Product Management. Working with the Sales Director to support customers in increasing their product portfolio. Reporting activities and quotations in available CRM software. Preparing root cause analysis. Interacting with OEMs for new product development and new initiatives meeting client requirements. Providing demos to clients for new products. Interacting with HQ for technical clarification of new product versions. Interacting with clients for new sensor and customized product requirements. Education, Training & Experience Graduate of an Electronic/Mechanical Engineering/Instrumentation or Technology program. Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial BMS/IBMS Industry. Industry related training courses are considered an asset. Skills and Competency Requirements Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office products. Technical Sales Support ability to explain product functions with excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask and work independently without supervision. Service-focused leadership with regional and national experience and ability to consistently meet goals and develop new processes. Why Join Us?
