At AWC Process Solutions Ltd., we specialize in the distribution and integration of industrial process equipment for clients across industries such as water & wastewater, pulp & paper, oil & gas, mining, and chemical processing. Representing premium global manufacturers, we provide pumps, valves, motors, VFDs, and engineered systems.We’re looking for a technically strong, customer focused Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a collaborative sales environment, and is excited to make a real impact on customer operations.What You\'ll DoAs the first point of contact for many of our clients, you’ll be responsible for turning technical inquiries into well-executed solutions. You’ll support the outside sales team, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure customer satisfaction from concept to completion.Sales Support & Customer EngagementRespond to inbound inquiries with technical recommendations tailored to customer needsConduct application interviews (e.g., using IMPACT-style methodology) to ensure accurate sizing and system requirementsPrepare timely and accurate quotations, proposals, and other sales documentationProcess sales orders and coordinate purchasing of parts and equipment from vendorsFollow up with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth order deliveryApplications & System DesignSize pumps and related rotating equipment using pump curves and technical toolsAssist in the development and quoting of customized packaged systemsPrepare design documents, drawings, and instructions for order executionCollaborate with vendors and fabrication teams to source components and oversee buildsOrder Management & Technical LeadershipSupport order timelines/expediting while coordinating with clients and internal departmentsHelp resolve technical issues, complaints, and operational challengesWhat You BringRequired Qualifications:Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Technology (e.g., AsCT ) OR 2-5 years of related experience in industrial inside sales or technical applicationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)You\u2019ll Stand Out If You:Have experience with pumps, valves, or fluid handling systemsCan read and interpret engineering drawingsAre familiar with equipment selection tools (e.g., pump configurators, ePrism, etc)Bring experience in project management, fabrication, or packaged system buildsDemonstrate initiative in learning and take ownership of customer outcomesWhy Join AWC?We offer more than just a job—we offer a path forward in a stable and growing industry:Competitive base salary + commissionRetirement savings planTuition reimbursement & learning opportunitiesEmployee referral bonusesFloWorks Cares Charity ProgramOpportunities to grow within the companyNote: The following legal and policy statements have been preserved as part of the original description.
