About the Role We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own demand generation end‑to‑end and make AI a force multiplier across our campaigns, MarTech stack, and website. You’ll drive pipeline, improve conversion, and wire automation into everything from ad copy to lead routing. This is a senior role for someone who can both think strategically and execute hands‑on. What You’ll Do Plan, launch, and optimize paid, email, and partner campaigns with disciplined tracking. Write and test high‑converting ads, emails, and landing pages. Own HubSpot end‑to‑end: campaign setup, lifecycle automations, lead scoring, attribution, and dashboards. Implement and maintain GA4 + GTM for conversion tracking and CRO experiments. Run CRO experiments to improve demo conversion and website performance. Build AI workflows (content generation, lead enrichment/routing, exec reporting). Partner with Sales and RevOps to align definitions, SLAs, and pipeline reporting. Ensure CASL compliance and privacy best practices across all campaigns. What You Bring 5–8+ years in B2B demand gen / growth marketing with MarTech ownership. Hands‑on experience with HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, GTM, attribution tools. Strong portfolio with metrics and examples of campaigns, landing pages, and copy. Proven ability to use AI to accelerate marketing and automation. Comfort with no‑code/low‑code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier). Strong grasp of CAC, payback, and pipeline attribution. Knowledge of CASL and digital marketing privacy compliance. In Your First 90 Days Relaunch key paid campaigns and ship converting landing pages. Stand up clean tracking, UTMs, and dashboards. Deploy 3+ AI workflows with measurable impact.
