We compensate our people competitively. The Opportunity We are looking for a junior to mid‑level lawyer to join our team. Applicants should have approximately two to four years of post‑call experience and be members in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia (or be in a position to obtain such standing quickly). We expect the successful candidate to conduct dispute matters in a variety of areas, including strata; construction; real estate; business; contract; insurance; employment; human rights; and residential tenancy. Although we employ a team approach to best serve our clients, the successful candidate should be comfortable running files with independence and minimal supervision. The following qualities describe an individual who would be well‑suited to integrate into our tight‑knit team: Open‑minded and willing to learn Salary and Benefits We expect to offer a salary in the range of $100,000 to $130,000, taking into consideration your experience and qualifications.
