Role and Facility Information Cariboo Memorial Hospital (CMH) is a Level 2 community hospital in Williams Lake with 28 inpatient beds. CMH offers ER, OR, Med‑Surg, and Obstetrical units. Lab and diagnostic imaging and outpatient hemodialysis unit are operated on‑site. The current redevelopment project includes an addition of 25 in‑patient beds (total 53), a new emergency department and a mental‑health unit, expected to be completed in 2026. Practice Details Part‑time Urologist Competent with full scope of general urologic practice; preference for candidates with experience in reconstructive urology and management of complex incontinence. Compensation & Benefits Compensation Type: Fee‑for‑Service – Estimated Remuneration: Competitive. Benefits and Incentives: Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) inclusion: Retention Premium 12.32%, Retention Flat Fee $19,092; Relocation Funding Available ($9,000–$15,000) based on move location; Recruitment Incentive $3,750.00 (based on 0.25 FTE); Rural CME: max $4,840 after 4 years in practice.
